Cub Scouts gives parents and their children an opportunity to make memories together, while helping kids develop skills and character traits that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
Cub Scout Pack 62 in Sudbury, Massachusetts, is part of the Mayflower Council, which is part of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). Pack 62 is comprised of boys and girls residing in Sudbury entering grades K-5.

Newsletter - Mar 11, 2023:
1. Woodworking workshop and PWD cutting, Saturday March 18. There will be 2 events, just for our Pack and at no cost:
- Gr 3-5 will have the opportunity to participate in a workshop setup by Council where you will learn about tools and work on 2 small projects. This will be at Nobscot from 11-1pm.
- Starting at 1pm, there will be wood cutting services to help scouts cut their Pinewood Derby blocks - this is optional!

2. Next regular meeting - March 20 (Den meetings).
- Den leaders will be in touch about any alternative plans.
3. Pinewood Derby - April 1 (time TBD, probably morning)

If you did not receive a kit, I will have them out by my garage for pickup anytime

Our Pack runs on volunteers! This role is primarily administrative, responsible for organizing the Pack roster and adult leaders and tracking things behind the scenes. It is considered a Key 3 position, and without it, the Pack can't recharter! Please contact me if you'd like to discuss the time commitment and responsibilities further. No experience needed - just a desire to keep the Pack running!
