Sign up by 4/24 for the Spring Campout on April 27-28, 2019 at Camp Resolute Scout Reservation in Bolton MA.
There is no cost for this event - it is included in your annual registration fee. However, you do need to sign up by Wed 4/24, so that we have an accurate count of hungry campers for dinner and breakfast. Sign up here.
Scouts and Families must provide their own tent, sleeping bags, tarps, etc. The Pack will provide all cooking equipment and meals. Attached is a list of camping gear that you may consider. You definitely do not need all these items, but this gives you a good sense of what you may need. The key is that you will need to supply your own tent, sleeping bag, flashlight, and make sure you have proper clothing.
Food is provided, however if you have dietary restrictions, we ask that you provide your own food.
- Dinner will be beef or chicken 'taco in a bag' or tortillas, rice, beans, veggies, cheese - thank you Webelo 1's!
- Dessert will be s'mores by the campfire - thank you Tigers and Wolves!
- Breakfast will be bagels, juice and coffee - thank you Bears!
- Drinks - We will have plenty of water, lemonade, iced tea in water coolers - however all campers must bring their own reusable water bottle or cup. To be environmentally friendly and to make less litter, we will NOT be providing plastic cups this year.
There will be games, hikes, food, a campfire, skits, jokes, songs and FUN! We need a head count to plan the food amounts, so please use the Signup Form by WED 4/24 at 11pm in order to give plenty of time for food planning. Webelos 1's will be purchasing food on Thursday and preparing food on Friday night.
