September pack meeting - Physical fitness

The 1st Pack Meeting of the year will focus on the importance of exercise and being physically fit.
The meeting will be held at CrossFit TILT II and will consist of some brief announcements prior to going into the gym. We will meet with Brian Sieber, the head trainer of CrossFit TILT II in Sudbury.
Weather permitting, Brian will take the scouts outside for some exercise for 30 minutes and then 30 minutes inside. Crossfit is always mixing up their workouts so we’ll see what Brian has in store for the boys. Wear your Class B t-shirts to this meeting.
To help speed things up that night, you can have the waiver ready when you get there by having it signed in advance - fill out the electronic event wavier: https://crossfit-tilt-ii.triib.com/signup/package/23283/
Returning scouts do not need fill out an application form. You will be asked to review your contact sheet and update any new information.
New and transferring scouts will need to complete an application form. New scouts are welcome to participate in this Pack Meeting, however, we added a New Scout Joining Night on Sept 24 at Goodnow Library, specifically to sign up and welcome new scouts. Scouts - if you friends are interested in participating, ask them to join you!
Pack 62 welcomes boys AND girls to join the Pack this year. More information on Family Scouting can be found on https://www.scouting.org/familyscouting
Registration fee remains at $175 per scout for the year and are due at this Pack Meeting.
